Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient ancestry. Built on the old Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the west in a fantastic game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the croupier, not like nearly all other poker games that players compete against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginner players don’t have to be concerned about any other, more advanced players winning their moolla.

Another Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game play, beginners should be able to take their time and strategize without having to make quick decisions.

It’s also simpler to gamble on for a long time with basically a tiny amount of cash since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is assigned 7 cards face up and the house is given 7 cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand have to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
