Just Before you Tilt

Ah, the steam. If a poker gambler claims never to have looked over the barrel of a looming poker tilt – they are either lying or they haven’t been wagering for a long time. This doesn’t indicate of course that everyone has gone on steam in the past, a handful of people have awesome control and carry their losses as a hit and leave it at that. To be a good poker gambler, it’s extremely crucial to treat your successes and your defeats in an identical way – with no emotion. You play the game the same way you did after taking a hard beat like you would after winning a big hand. You’ve squandered $80 in a round where you should have picked up $200two hundred dollars when you went all-in on the flop and enjoyed a 10 – 1 edge. And that fiend! He sucked you out on the river? – Well stop right here. This is a classic opportunity for a new gambler to start tilting. They just lost too much money on one round that they really should have won and they’re angry
